The front man, Phonte, from one of my favourite groups of the decade "Little Brother" released his solo debut a month or so ago. I didn't know it existed until this week so naturally I got excited and gave it a spin... Two or three songs later it became solidified as one of the top albums of the year in my opinion. Smooth soul bangers from 9th wonder and features from Pharoahe Monche and Elzhi complete the album if you like that old school style.
